After two days of leg work, I thought I’d just go for a shake-out run and focus on arm work for today.  My arms I would say are the “weak-link” in my body… or maybe just my mind… For some reason I LOVE leg work.  I could do squats, cleans, stairs, plyos for days: but when it comes to pull-ups I’m a straight up baby!  Well it’s time to suck it up and start working on the areas that need the most work!

Today’s workout consisted of:

(9) 3 x 3 Bubkas 
(15) 3 x 5 Body Curls
(30) 5 x 6 Hanging Leg Lifts 
(30) 2 x 5, 2 x 10 Angled Pull Up contrasted with Push Ups
and an Ab session

Now let’s just hope I don’t drop any plates at work tonight ;)! Ha!  There are a couple of videos attached to the name of the different drills so that you can get an idea of what the heck a Bubka is!  Feel free to try any and all of the exercises!
